3. Use of Smoobu (booking system)

For managing bookings and inquiries, we use the software Smoobu GmbH, Wönnichstr. 68/70, 10317 Berlin. If you make an inquiry or booking via our website, the data you enter (e.g. name, address, contact details, booking details) will be transmitted to Smoobu and processed there. Processing is carried out exclusively for the purpose of handling your inquiry or booking. Smoobu stores your data on servers within the EU and operates in compliance with GDPR. 4. Storage of data

Your data will only be stored for as long as is necessary to process your inquiry or booking, or as long as we are legally obliged to do so (e.g. due to retention obligations).

5. Cookies

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device with the help of the browser. They do not cause any damage. We use cookies to make our offer user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They enable us to recognize your browser the next time you visit. If you do not wish this, you can set your browser so that it informs you about the setting of cookies and you allow this only in individual cases. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of our website may be restricted.

6. Web analysis (optional)
